Amy's Corner

Well we have been back in Maryland for 4ish months now. Barry has found a job working for a local grain company hauling corn, beans, wheat, milo and that sort of thing. It is the busy season right now because of harvesting. It has rained so much that fields are still full and farmers are scrambling to get stuff out of the fields.

Heather turned 17 this year...wow just one more year and she will be old enough to vote! IT still seems like yesterday she was a tiny baby. They really do grow up so fast! (Yes she does look a little evil in that picture...don't think she liked me taking it!)

Nathan will be 14 this year and he has really shot up. I have had to buy him new pants twice this year. He has gone up at least 4 sizes in pants and shirts in just the 4 months we have been back. I am amazed at how fast he has grown lately.

I will be soaking sunflowers seeds tonight to bake tomorrow. I love sunflower seeds and have never actually roasted them so it should be interesting. I will post a pic later this week.
